VLF Flow Form was established in 2007, is located in Pan’an Industrial Park of Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province of China. Our company mainly manufacture and sell various aluminum alloy wheels with high-precision, possessing the capability of mold developing, product designing, manufacturing and selling as well.
Furthermore, we can also manufacture customized wheels in accordance with the different needs of our customers. During the first period of VLF, we just achieved an annual output of 600,000 aluminum alloy wheels. However, this number would exceed 2,000,000 as our Plant II had been gradually put into use in 2003.
Currently, VLF owns 8 sets of low-pressure die casting machines, 20 sets of gravity ones, 14 machining processing lines, 3 automatic painting lines with high precision, and a VIA/TUY-certified professional wheel inspection laboratory.
With not only advanced, imported production equipment from Germany, Korea, Japan and Taiwan but also our perfect management and quality control system, customised aluminum alloy wheels of high quality are available in order to meet the various needs of our customers.

The establishment of a strict quality control system ensures that the manufacturing process of our products is always stable. Meanwhile, performance indexes are well monitored with the help of inspections on incoming materials, the manufacturing process, quality, and the delivery process of goods. Today, VLF has its own maturely operated brand named “WHEELEGEND”.
